Annoying typing bug in indesign

I am having a terrible time recently, when I need to type 3 zeros, it will not type the last zero! It happens nearly every-time but particularly in tables, and unless I am super careful I miss it which makes me look like a total tool.

I saw somewhere about turning off adornments which I have done as well as turned of character alternatives.

Any other ideas for this?
