any good tutorials for building an accessible file in InDesign, and then export to pdf?

Hi! I'm trying to find a good tutorial for my team on how best to build an InDesign doc so there's minimal (if any!) edits that need to be made in the exported pdf. Any recommendations? I was really hoping Adobe would have a webinar on this (maybe they do, but I haven't found it yet!)
