Arabic alignment issue upon converting ebooks on inDesign Middle east to fixed layout ePub.

Dear Team,

We are working on converting arabic ebooks using inDesign fixed layout to produce ePubs. We are having issues with the resulting ePub alignemnt wise.

Kindly find below a screenshot of the page on inDesign

and this is a screenshot of the resulting ePub on iBooks

Kindly note we are using inDesign middle east. If there is any way to fix this issue we would appreciate. Thank you for your kind cooperation,
