Arbeitsbereich beim Start von InDesign weg

Seit einiger Zeit habe ich einen nervigen Bug. Vielleicht kann jemand helfen. Immer wenn ich InDesign starte ist es "leer". Keine Toolbar, keine Menüleiste. Nix. Ich muss immer oben auf Fenster >> Arbeitsbereich >> Klassische Grundelemente gehen damit ich anfangen kann zu arbeiten. Das ist sehr nervig und ich weiß auch das es nicht normal ist. Ich habe noch nie ein individuelles Arbeitsprofil erstellt. Ich arbeite immer in den klassischen Grundelemente. Jemand eine Idee woran das liegen könnte, dass das immer verschindet beim Neustart des Programs?

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. In addition to the @Derek Cross suggestions, you may also try the following steps:

  • First, try running the app in Safe Mode & Hidden Admin Account?
  • Second, Rename the CEP folder to CEP.old from the following location:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
  • If that doesn't help, rename the extensions folder to extensions.old in the following location:
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP

    YES!!! The second thing renaming the extensions to extensions.old worked!!! Thank you!

      Which version of InDesign and OS?
      Have you tried resetting your InDesign preferences?

      InDesing CC, the newest version (16.4), my OS is Windows 10. 

       

      • Starten Sie InDesign neu.
      • Betätigen Sie unmittelbar nach dem Programmstart das Kürzel:
        Strg + Alt +  Umschalt (Windows)
        Befehl + Alt + Ctrl + Umschalt (Macintosh)
      • Bestätigen Sie die entsprechende Rückfrage mit "Ja".

       

      I tried that and I didn't get the prompt, nothing happened. Is there another way to reset my preferences?

      To reset the preferences:

      1) Close InDesign
      2) Double click on Adobe InDesign's icon to launch it
      3) QUICKLY hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift. (for Windows) or CTL+OPT+CMD+Shift (for Mac OS X)
      4) When a dialogue box appears, ask you “Delete InDesign Preference Files?” Click Yes.

      (If you don't see the question do it again.)

       

      If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the application and reinstalling it again.

      If that doesn't help, use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to uninstall it:
