Ask for a useful table header and footer setup script that should also work for many people.

Thanks to all of you, and special thanks to @m1b  @rob day
But don't spray me, the scripts are definitely useful to a lot of people.

I've asked before, but the thought process isn't very clear.

I've made a few attempts, but it takes more than one script to accomplish it, and more than one sometimes messes it up, which is irritating.

Two directions:
A. Sometimes, for a new table, do the basic settings.
      1. Apply table style:mytab and set the minimum row height to 7mm.
      2. Set the table header while adding Continue rows.
          (1) Select possible table header rows (e.g. row[0] row[1]).
         (2) At the same time, in the table at the top of the increase in a blank line, set the exact line height of 5mm, merge and fill in "Continue", and the application of cell style "Continue".
         (3) conversion (1) and (2) to the header, and set up to skip the header.
      3. copy row [0], row [1] for the first as the “fake table header.

      4. In the table at the end of an empty line, set the exact row height of 1.058mm, and apply the cell style footer

B. Sometimes, need to modify the table again (this may require a dialog box to better choose)
Sometimes there may be missing some item, or no longer need a some item.
      1. Add or cancel the Continu table row.
      2. Increase or cancel the header row (when canceled, of course, "the skipped header row" should be  canceled).
      3. Add or cancel the footer row.

Try not to have the operation of deleting table rows, because it is not safe.

Of course, if  the table style "mytab", cell style "eader, body, footer, continue" could be automatically create that will be great. Settings do not care, paragraph styles do not care.

Thanks to the great ones.
Thanks to the great Adobe.
