(ask) How to find/replace text into no language

I don't know how to make indesign cs 2 script, but I think indesign cs 2 script can do this, I want all of words which conected other word by - (short stripe) will be replache/change into no language, for example:
ABOVE-AVERAGE
EAR-SPLITTING
JAM-PACK

I do this so that Indesign will not hyphenate those words
