Auto jump block to next page

I have a template of some text with 2 pictures in a block wich I fill in and re-use. On each page there are 2 blocks, but how can I insert a new block on a page so that the rest of the blocks jumps too the next pages?

For example, on page 6 are 2 blocks and I want to add a new one on top, so the second block jumps automatically too page 7.

If you need to picture to move with the text, including within your threaded frames, either make in an inline graphic, or anchor it.

Thank you! But this is only for text. I want to know if there is this option with blocks that also contain a picture?
