Auto populate email newsletter template in Dreamweaver?

Is there a method I can use to auto-populate an email newsletter from an InDesign newsletter? Scripts? Data-Merge? Plugins? I want InDesign to populate photo, title, and body text fields in a Dreamweaver template. TIA
