Automated Navigation menu with Master Page

Anybody know how to create nevigation menu in Indesign which build using paragraph headings and masterpage? It should be like PDF nevigation structure (left side). Main thing is when we are in heading 01, heading 01 in nevigation bar should be highlighted. When we goes to heading 2, heading 01 should be off (not highlight) and heading 2 highlight.
