Automated table based on outside paragraph style numbering

Hello all, I'm trying to write a book and I do have a lot of lists with multiple entries under each list, consisting of 2 different paragraph styles, a ''title'', and a ''paragraph'' per se.

The title is numbered, as I'm adding new items to this list on a regular basis, and now it's extending over 100 entries, to which I've decided to make a simple table as an index, whit each row having the name of the entry, AKA, the ''title'' paragraph.

The ''title'' paragraph style has the numbering function enabled, so I'd like a way to automate the order of the table rows based on the numbering of the entries, that way if I were to add a new one or change the name of a ''title'' (because this has been arranged alphabetically) the table will update on its own without the need for input.

 

Any ideas on how to achieve this?

I created a quick mockup table of how it would look. Ideally, i'd like for it to grab all the information based on the entry, but i'm more than content with just rearranging itself one the table based on it's position on the list.
