Automatic Update in Template

I am trying to be able to somehow create a template where I have fields that can automatically be updated when needed. For example, I am creating a product sheet (two pager explainer of the business) that is co-branded. As the companies change, I need to change the name of the company, contact information and logo. Is there a way to have this information updated in all places of the document? For example - company name updated throughout the document of the template when I need a new version created?
