Autoplay videos in IOS - PLEASE HELP!!

Hello, I have created a brochure and published it online. I have set some videos to autoplay. They will autoplay in Firefox but not in Safari (desktop or IOS). This is a huge problem as most of the audience for this brochure will view it on mobile devices - Please help!!

 

This one DOES autoplay on load...

 
This does NOT autoplay on load...
 
Also every other video I put in the document will not autoplay on load. I did not do anything different on the first document (it is approx 6 months older though).

From what I can tell, this appears to be a Safari issue. The option to autoplay media is off by default.

I have found no workaround.

"This does NOT autoplay on load..."

 

It does not work at all.

Means one cannot even click the play button.

Could be that another interactive element is on top of it.

I tested with Firefox on Windows 10 Pro.

 

For advice one needs to see the original files, the InDesign document plus all the placed assets.
