Baseline Shift on Multiple Characters

I have a document that has quite a few hyphens in it. I need a way to mass baseline shift them all without selecting them manually.

Maybe there is a better way to do this. A more permanent way that wouldn't require a baseline shift.

Create a character style that consists of only the baseline shift

Create a paragraph style (or modify the Basic Paragraph style) with a GREP style that applied the baselines shift character style to only a hyphen:

That's it! If you are using paragraph styles for everything, base all of them on the main paragraph style or make individual ones if your text requires different amounts of baseline shift.
