Bedienfelder ohne Optionen (Absatz + Zeichen)

Hallo,

ich habe das Problem, dass die Bedienfelder "Absatz" und "Zeichen" ohne Optionen dargestellt werden (siehe Screenshot). Bei sämtlichen anderen Bedienfeldern ist das nicht so.

 

Was kann ich tun um wieder mit den Bedienfeldern arbeiten zu können?

 

Ich habe die version "Adobe InDesign 18.1".

Try to reset preferences: quit InDesign and relaunch it while holding down the Shift, Ctrl and Alt keys [Windows], Shift, Ctrl, Alt and Cmd keys [Mac]. Do not release the keys until you see a warning message asking for confirmation.
