Best practice for the following text boxes/labels/tags?

Hi there,

I am putting together a portfolio and wanitng to show the web technologies I am using for each project.

However, I am not too sure what the best way to display tags/labels under each icon is.

I have in the following example:

At the moment the font size is 8px which is small-ish. As you can see the "WooCommerce" one is much longer than the rest. 

Should I be keeping all the labels the same width? Or create them to the width of the words inside?

I am not too sure about the above example as the spacing will be differnet for each one.

Can anyone reccommend the best way to do this or what is considered best practice?
