Guten Tag

Seit gestern, 5.

    Thanks a lot, Anubhav.
I will do that tomorrow, when I am back in the office.

In addition to other suggestions, make sure to update to the latest version of Sequoia (I think it's 15.7 or 15.8).

    Hi @PizzaPasta,

I was able to locate the crash report submitted from your machine and I can see that you are currently on InDesign version 20.5. Could you please try updating to the latest available version(21.1) and let me know how it goes after the update?

In parallel, I will check this with the product team and keep you posted with any updates from their side.

In the meantime, please try signing out of the Creative Cloud desktop app, then sign back in and relaunch InDesign. After that, I'd recommend clearing the font cache and validating your fonts by following the steps shared here:

Also, please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this help article and share an update on the results:

Looking forward to your update so we can take this further.

    Hi Abhishek

Thanks for your answer - it still doesn’t work.

    What I did:
I uninstalled all Apps of Adobe (InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Creative Cloud.
I updated Mac OS. Now it is Sequoia 15.7.3
    I reinstalled Creative Cloud
    Then I reinstalled InDesign 21.1
Hopefully I opened the app - it crashed again!
I sent the report to Adobe - perhaps you can see some other problems.

I also tried to validate the fonts as explained in the link about the font cache - it doesn’t work as explained.

I am looking forward to your next proposals

Try these general troubleshooting steps (you might have already done some of them):

    https://www.rockymountaintraining.com/adobe-indesign-rebuilding-preferences-cache/

Also, try to create a new admin account in System Settings > Users & Groups and work from there, will it make a difference?
