Blue and white marks around an object on a page

Hello there,

Would anyone know what the blue and white marks around the 'get in touch' button (on screen below) mean?

I myself got it to this stage, but I'm not sure how and not sure how to undo it now either 😅

Would be grateful for advice of someone who can actually decipher what the lines mean and how to undo.

Thanks. I mean how would I turn it back into not being a button (so taht the elemnts are back to what they were before being made into a button), if this makes sense?

Right click the button, choose interactive then convert to object.

It means it's a button.

Disable the display of frame edges, but I don't advise that. Your call.
