Book Pagination does not update when sharing files with other designers within the team

Potentially an issue that doesn't commonly crop up.

The (First Designer) updates the pagination of a book .indb file, saves and closes it.

Then the (Second Designer) on a different iMac opens the book, the pagination has not updated and still contains files within the book that have been removed from the previous designer. The contents in each file have updated but the book panel has not. See attached images.

Maybe a bug that needs fixing by Adobe.
