Borders for type tool text box won't export

Hello,

I am new to Adobe InDesign and I am sure there is a simple solution to what I am doing wrong. I built a Questionnaire form with Text Boxes. On the Text Boxes I created two borders Rounded and inverse. When I go to export as a PDF file they revert back to square borders.

These shapes are designated as form fields in the file? Haven't really worked with forms for years...

Have you tried just making them shapes, exporting to PDF and creating the form in Acrobat?

Is this a printed form, or fillable?

My recollection is that fillable forms only support rectangular fields.

I tried both and it did it for both of them with changing it back to a rectangular border. So if I want it to be interactive the only border to have is just rectangular?

Images would help. Show the page in InDesign and as a PDF. Also tell us what version and OS of InDesign you are running and what program you are using to view the PDF.
