Box bug in Indesign???

Hi - I made an interactive PDF in Indesign. There are circles and for the check marks and then when downloaded and viewed online all sorts of outlines and pulldowns that I didn't add. Help. See attached.

When you look at the PDF in Acrobat do you see the editing options as in the screenshot below? If you do then you are in the Edit PDF mode which does add outlines around text and objects as with the numbers 2 & 3 in the screenshot. Click on the "Close" button and they will go away.

How does it look in Acrobat or Reader on a desktop.

This is in Adobe (not reader) but in reader mode. I don't mind the blue highlighting and everything else is not there. So it is okay.

Then the file is fine. Beyond Acrobat or Reader, everything else is a crapshoot. I have no idea where the rest of that stuff is coming from. If you want to post the file, someone will look at it.
