Breaking lins in Indesign

Hi all!
I've been having an issue with InDesign. Sometimes my links are glitching, no missing links in the link panel and no warning coming up. I have to manually replace all the pictures. Sometimes it does it on my local files and it systematically does it when my collegue transfers me an InDesign package. We have the same CC version. 

I tried resetting my preferences it doesn't help.
