Bug paragraph or character options in Adobe Indesign

Hello everyone,
I have detected an error that the program does not show me the text, paragraph or character options

could someone help me to solve it?

If I have weird UI problems where panels just vanish like this, I've found that resetting InDesign's preferences resolves the issue. I don't know if that's what is causing your issue or not, but it's the first thing to try.

Try resetting your preferences:

Windows: Start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
macOS: While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.
