Building an indd document for accessibility - Images reading as headlines

I'm building my first .indd document for the purpose of generating an accessible PDF. I've followed the instructions to the "T", and have mostly passed all the tests. One issue keeps coming up when we use the reader to read the PDF. The images which are anchored in the text as instructed, are reading as "Headline 2".

Ultimately, we would like to eliminate that from happening. Any hints would be most appreciated.

Why not anchor them into their own line with hard return and have its own paragraph style named graphic? I often set these to a tiny leading but the paragraph style is set to AUTOLEAD.

Thank you. I will give that a try.
