Bullet list in a paragraph?

I am working on a catalog and I have a paragraph style for all of the product information (see below). Currently I am manually adding the bullet list after the UPC every-time I update a text box. I am wondering how to start the bullet list only after the UPC every-time ( inside the paragraph style) . Any help would be much appreciated.

Create new paragraph style for the bullets. Go back to the UPC style and set the next style to bullets

I may have over compicated this. The main paragraph style is is effecting the name "Limb Hanger" then I used a grep style to change the model number behind the slash, then I used another grep style to change the UPC. I created a style for the bullets and set it to next style but it doesn't do anything. Maybe there is a better way to do what I am trying to accomplish.

Are you trying to do this with only one paragraph style?
