How can i change the number background? When I try to change the numbers to a different one, the numbers disappear. For example, If I try to change the 1 to a 4, then the 1 disappears and the 4 doesn't show

I think it may be more complex than that -- the 3 should be dropping below the bottom of frame as well.

Without seeing the file it's hard to say, but I think there may be at least one frame acting as a mask here.

As Rudo123 says: make your text frame larger (bottom) as the number 4 simply can't fit, hence you will get the red + overset symbol and no number showing 😉
