Can I link Text Frame box size from page to page

Hello Adobe InDesign Community,

In InDesign I would like to be able to adjust all the Text Frame boxes in the document at one time. Example: if I have ten Text Frame boxes on ten different pages 200px wide. Can I change all at once to 300px without having to change individually on each page? Can I link Text Frame box size from page to page? Is there a script for this or code to link text frames?
