Can I search for an occurrence in one paragraph style and add a word in another paragraph?

Hi everyone. I apologize in advance for my very low level of English. I'd like to ask you a question about Indesign, even if I think it's unsolvable.
With Excel it can be done, but there's so much hype behind it that maybe it's not worth it.
Definitely with a script, but I've never done anything like this.

I composed a menu, and in the cocktail section I was asked to add allergens, only when a particular text was written in the ingredients line. Schematically it is like this:

row name € 3.00
various ingredients line

row other name € 3.00
various ingredients line

Lines are differentiated with different paragraph styles (thanks for the video series about it)
For example, if in the ingredients line it compares the word "champagne", I have to add "1" in the name line.

From the grep window there is no way to do this, as well as in the paragraph style window.
My question is can I search for an occurrence in one paragraph style and add a word in another paragraph?
