Can I skip Suitcase and use Fontbook only

Hi..

I am wondering if I could just skip using Extensis Suitcase and use only Mac's built in Fontbook? I am a graphic designer, working on a Mac in Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and similar programs. I have a lot of fonts and use Suitcase to manage  them. However I am wondering if Fontbook could replace Suitcase? Can it handle both OTF, Truetypes and postscript-fonts altoghether.

I am looking for your experience in doing the above - simply skipping Suitcase and letting Fontbook do the job???

Can you? Certainly. But Fontbook will only give you a small fraction of the capability.

This is not an InDesign related question, however, and I suggest if you want to know the differences that visit the Extensis forums. Extensis has excellent support.
