Can someone make a video and send it here to show me the following?

I am working on a book that has several chapters. I need to move Chapter 15 to 14. All the pages are linked by chapter. 

1. Show me how to unlink a chapter.

2. Show me how to then move the entire chapter so that it falls perfectly in sequence without distrubing the sequences of other chapters?
