Question

Can't download InDesign due to CC saying I can't access app management.

I have been trying to download InDesign but my CC keeps saying I can't access to manage my apps. I have seen the OOBE Configs situation. I cannot do that because I do not see Configs under the OOBE folder. Is there any other solution to this? Thank you.

Go to the Creative Cloud website - and log out.

Go to your Creative Cloud desktop - log out

Restart - and try logging in the same order.
