Can't drag and drop into CC Libraries

Question

I don't know if this has something to do with switching to an Enterprise ID or not... but since updating to CC 2017, when I try to drag and drop content into a CC Library, NOTHING happens!! I can get it to add color swatches, but when I select text and ask it to add a Paragraph style, NOTHING. If I drag and drop a graphic, nothing. If I drag and drop a table... NOTHING. This is beyond frustrating. PLEASE help!!

First, make that the Creative Cloud desktop app is connected to your Adobe ID. Go to the CC app (menu bar on Mac, task bar in Windows) > "gear" icon > Preferences > General > Log Out. Then log in with your Adobe ID.

If necessary, also quit and relaunch InDesign CC after you've done that.
