Can't Edit Text in the Header Area

Hi

There is some text in the header area of the second page of the document that I can't edit. See the highlighted text in the image below.

I tried editing the master page but that was blank.

I have attached the file I'm working on.

Appreciate the help...

That document is a disaster. You can override the item by ctrl+shift (win) or cmd+shift (mac) clicking on it.
