Question

Can't find plugin in Creative Cloud

After trying the free trial of AI Translator Pro by Oussama Touzni, I decided to purchase a monthly subscription.

However, when I try to manage the plugin through Adobe Exchange in Creative Cloud, the plugin does not appear.

I’m working on a Mac and have installed all the latest updates. I’ve restarted the applications several times and have also tried signing out and back in, but unfortunately, nothing has worked.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi @XD designers,

I'm sorry to hear that AI Translator PRO is no longer appearing in Creative Cloud after purchasing the monthly subscription.

Since you've already updated your applications, restarted them, and signed out and back into Creative Cloud, could you please try the following additional checks?

    1. Sign in to Adobe Exchange using the Adobe ID associated with your purchase. Navigate to Creative Cloud extensions and check whether AI Translator PRO appears in your purchased or installed plugins.

    2. Open the AI Translator PRO listing and check whether it offers an Install option or still prompts you to purchase the plugin. Please avoid purchasing it again.

    3. Open InDesign and check whether AI Translator PRO is available under Window > Extensions.

You can also refer to this plugin-management guide:

Could you please confirm your InDesign version, macOS version, and whether the plugin is missing from both InDesign and Creative Cloud or only from the Manage Plugins section?

Additionally, was the subscription purchased directly through Adobe Exchange or through the developer's website?

Please let us know what you find so we can investigate further.

    Hi Abhishek,

    Thank you for your response.

Here are the details you requested:

    • macOS version: macOS Tahoe 26.6.2 (25G83)

    • InDesign version: 21.6

    • Plugin: AI Translator PRO by Oussama Touzni

I purchased the monthly subscription directly through Adobe Exchange, after first using the free trial.

When I log in to Adobe Exchange using the Adobe ID associated with my purchase, the plugin is listed with a green checkmark and the status "Acquired".

However, when I click "Manage" on the Adobe Exchange website, Creative Cloud Desktop opens, but AI Translator PRO does not appear under Manage Plugins.

So, although Adobe Exchange confirms that I have acquired the plugin, I cannot find or manage it through the Creative Cloud application.

I have already updated my Adobe applications, restarted my Mac several times, and tried signing out and back into Creative Cloud. I have also checked the background activity settings in macOS and enabled CCLibrary, but unfortunately this has not resolved the issue.

Could you please investigate why the plugin is showing as acquired in Adobe Exchange but is not appearing in Creative Cloud's Manage Plugins section?

I would appreciate any help in getting the plugin installed and working again.

    Kind regards

    Hi Abhishek,

Thank you for your help. I have now checked the additional points you mentioned.

    Here are my findings:

    1. Adobe Exchange: AI Translator PRO is listed under my acquired plugins, with a green checkmark and the status "Acquired".

    2. Manage button: When I click "Manage" on the Adobe Exchange website, Creative Cloud Desktop opens directly on the Manage Plugins page.

    3. Creative Cloud – Manage Plugins: AI Translator PRO is not listed there. However, I can see two other plugins that I previously used.

    4. InDesign – Window menu: I have checked the Window menu in InDesign 21.6. There is no Extensions or Extensions (Legacy) option available. I can only see "Find Extensions on Exchange".

    My system details:

    • macOS Tahoe 26.6.2 (25G83)

    • Adobe InDesign 21.6

    • AI Translator PRO by Oussama Touzni

    • Monthly subscription purchased directly through Adobe Exchange.

I have also confirmed that the plugin is still marked as acquired on Adobe Exchange, so the purchase itself appears to be correctly registered.

At this point, it seems that Adobe Exchange recognises my purchase, but Creative Cloud does not recognise the plugin as an available installation.

Could this be an issue with the plugin's compatibility with the latest macOS or InDesign version, or perhaps a problem with the Adobe Exchange installation/registration process?

Could you please help me investigate this further?

    Kind regards
