Can't get in touch with Movemen team regarding MathTools plugin

Does anyone know how to get in touch with the Movemen team? I need help with moving a MathTools plugin license from one computer to another. I've tried phone and email and I can't seem to get a response.

Hello, I have tried contacting the plugin team directly (through phone and email) but I get no response. I'm just wondering if anyone out there has successfuly been able to reach them? And if so, how?
