Can't get rid of the "Docmument modifies outside of book" warning

Today I seem to have one of these little warnings that won't go away.

Looked online & saw different things to try, but nothing's working so far. I've tried pretty much everything except for restarting my computer...

ID is 16.4. Would rather not update in the middle of a project 🙂

Any ideas?
