Can't get video to work inside interactive PDF. Help?

Can anyone help? I can't -for the life of me- figure out why my video won't work inside my interactive pdf. I attach it like it recommends, make the appropriate settings and it shows as expected inside indesign. Once I export it, there is no evidence of a video in that slot. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Does anyone have any advice or workarounds?
