Can't open any inDesign docs, not even a new InDesign Doc

Hi,

My InDesign is open, but it won't open any files. I have tried:

Opening from Ap, dbl click, drag 7 drop. It won't even open a new InDesign file

I have installed and reinstalled it 3 times. Restarted my computer and nothing....

Can you inform us:

What OS and Version?
What InDesign version?
How was InDesign installed? From the cloud? From a CD/DVD? From another computer? From a backup?
What kind of InDesign file? INDD, IDML, INDL, INDB or any other?
Did it work before? If yes, has something been changed?
Where is InDesign installed? On the computer or on the network?
