Can't open saved file in recents

Why can't I open my Indesign project I have saved to the creative cloud?! It shows up in recents but the file won't open. This is the error message I get.

Where is the recent file thumbnail located?

Hi @Benjamin22065425ch3x,

Check if the file exists at the location InDesign is referring to. If the path of the file changes after you last opened up the file in InDesign the recent files does not update it automatically and still refers to the old path. You can verify the path by hovering on the recent file thumbnail

It isn't referring to any location. I clicked save when the project was open in the creative cloud and it should the word save as changed. I have done this before and a preview of the file shows up under recents on the dashboard but not now.
