Can't print PDF to HP Printer

HI,

I created an 11x17 doc in InDesign. I print to PDF. Try tp print to my HP Printer and I can't print 11x17. It seems to default to 8 1/2 x 11. Tabloid or 11x17 is no longer and option. Any suggestions? This used to work just fine. Using InDesign CC 2015.

Exporting to PDF did not work

Removing printer driver and reinstalling printer driver did not work.

If exporting does not work, the problem is on InDesing's side.

If any document fails you have a problem with InDesign working properly.

If only this one single or similar documents fail you have a problem with the current document.

Do you have any non-Adobe Plugins installed?

not sure on the plug in's. I use so may different apps. I think it might have something to do with Adobe Acrobat DC. I'm going to try removing things one by one...

What is strange is I was able to print once and then not again.

You wrote, you printed to PDF. It is better to export as PDF.

Can you print other documents from other applications? Can you print other documents?

If yes, it is a problem with your created PDF. Make the PDF via export as PDF only.

If no, it is a problem with your printer or your computer, try to update the printer driver or reinstall the printer.
