Can't Publish in InDesign

I keep getting this error.  It's frustrating

    Hi there,

    We are very sorry that you ran into this issue. Please try following steps and share results:

    • Sign out from InDesign ( Help> Sign out)
    • Close InDesign
    • Open Creative Cloud Desktop App
    • Sign in again with Adobe ID
    • Launch InDesign from Creative Cloud
    • Check if that works, if not turn off of your internet security for a while and check relaunch InDesign again and check.

    I tried several times yesterday and again today with the same outcome
