Can't re-open inDesign v19.01

I've been using InDesign recently but it happened with the latest version that when I close it properly and try opening it the next day, I will close no matter what. 

The only solution I found is to uninstall it and install it again but it's a little time-consuming (one time it happened where I didn't have a good wifi signal).

Did this happen to anyone else?
