Cancel auto-renew??

I have tried to cancel through the admin console. I have followed the instructions in the Help section - the screen shots don't match my screen. I have tried to delete the billing details. I have called the number in the renewal alert email. I have been transferred twice to people who cannot cancel because they are not in the correct department. I have now been on hold for 30 minutes.

If my card is charged, I will dispute the charge and contact the Better Business Bureau.

At this point I will never subscribe to an Adobe product again. It has been an infuriating, time consuming process.

    I am so sorry to hear that you getting the run-around—I'd be as frustrated as you are. As Derek correctly stated^^, we are users like you and don't work Adobe so we can't help you, other than give you some direction. We have be told to direct all billing inquiries to this link:

    This is a user-to-user forum – you should be able to log into your Adobe account to deal with your subscription. If you can't, phone Adobe Customer Service. Ensure you have a monthly contract and not a one year commitment.
