Cancel auto-renew??
I have tried to cancel through the admin console. I have followed the instructions in the Help section - the screen shots don't match my screen. I have tried to delete the billing details. I have called the number in the renewal alert email. I have been transferred twice to people who cannot cancel because they are not in the correct department. I have now been on hold for 30 minutes.
If my card is charged, I will dispute the charge and contact the Better Business Bureau.
At this point I will never subscribe to an Adobe product again. It has been an infuriating, time consuming process.
