Cannot Access Cloud Files

So I've used indesign, illustrator, etc. on my Macbook for the past two years and always saved everythign to the creative cloud so I could access on my school computer and my PC. Well my macbook died and windows is better for the programs I need anyway so I switched computer brands. Downloaded creative cloud and logged into my adobe account, but none of my previous files are in my cloud documents. No previous files show up on my indesign home page, and they're not in my creative cloud folder. I need to retrieve these files so I don't have to completely redo all my portfolios from scratch. Please advise.
