"Cannot create ActiveX component" error

Just wanted to share this in case anyone else is having this problem. We use a VB program to interact with InDesign and it automates the process of updating links and exporting files to pdf. I was able to resolve the "Cannot create ActiveX component" error by forcing InDesign to create a new "Resource for visual basic.tlb" file.
