Cannot export to pdf - But cannot find error

I am dealing with the 'failed to export to PDF' error - however I have gone through all the possible solutions including saving as IDML, checking all missing links/fonts, exporting smaller sections at a time. It changes which page it has an error with every time, and even if I delete all the content from that page - it says it still has an error with them.

The only thing I can find is when I try to package the file it says there is only missing font, however this is on a different page, but all it doesn't say the name of the missing font and just says '???' 

If i take the content into different indesign files and export smaller sections, sometimes it works - sometimes it takes an issue with random pages again.

Please help?
