Cannot handle the request beacuse a model diolog is alert or active.

Hello can anyine help? my Indesign app isnt working properly and keeps showing this -

I have tried to sign out and back in with no joy. It wont let me force quite either.

This is paid for monthly and all up to date.

Usually because some dialog box is open in the background, maybe on another screen or hidden behind something, or off screen.

As suggested - restarting and rebuilding your preferences should help.
