Cannot to change features of text frame

Hello.

My text frame is always size-fixed - 101x101. I cannot to resize the frame what I want, when I'm making its.

I cannot to change minimum size of text frame to 0.
What happened?

Check the options for new text frames, follow these steps:

No one text frame selected, select the “text frame option“ (menu Object) > Auto size

And check also the object style option (basic text frame)
