Cant import photos

I"m sure this has been asked hundreds of times but......Cant import from Photos on Mac. Tried clicking on Place>Media and it goes to photo booth-not Photos. Work around anyone?

      That is an incompatibility that you will have to live with. If it’s the only issue you’re having, consider yourself fortunate.

      What version of InDesign (exactly)? What operating system version (exactly)? It works for me with InDesign CC 2018.1 and macOS X 10.13.4 as shown below:

      I think it was an issue with earlier versions of InDesign. My memory is a bit hazy on it, though.
