And there's always the troubleshooting step of logging out, then back in, to your Creative Cloud account. Perhaps you're logged in differently here than before?

Maybe you're not using the same Adobe ID as you used before?

Do you have an Enterprise account? Your administrator may have removed that feature from the feature set you can use.
