CC Libraries not synching to other and not showing up my name

Hello Everyone,

So I usually use CC Libraries for loading Indesign templates for my teammates at work. For some reason today whenever I load in template files to share to the CC Libraries, it shows up fine on my side but it doesn't for the others. Also I noticed whenever I load things into the CC Libraries, my email/name doesn't show up as the uploader if you hit the "Get Info" tab after right clicking the file. Please note that I also re-installed Creative Cloud in hopes of fixing it. It did fix the template upload, but it doesn't show my name/email for the uploader's name.
